“The Magic of Wineglass Bay from the heavens”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2014

Early on our last morning, we awoke to brillant blue sky, sun and a biting but not too brisky wind.
Perfect day for flying I thought.
Off we went after an early breakfast after ringing to make sure the plan was ready, to Freycinet Air, off Friendly Beaches on the road to Coles Bay.
Our host pilot, Jason was ready to escort us up and away.
The small cosy 3 seater (plus pilot) weaved and bobbed around some minor turbulance.
We then headed south along the east coast, did a complete loop around Wineglass Bay and then headed south alomng the coast and around Schuton Island and back up to the Friendly Beaches.
The views were simply stunning - to be seen to be believed.
Jason gave us some inrteresting commentary about the whaling history around the park and the geological formations.
After a 45 minute flight, it was the perfect way to end our short Coles Bay trip - and I cannot rtecommend it more highly!

“The full course to Marie island and back”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 May 2014

Our pilot was. Jason and what a friendly young man from Friendly Beaches, truthful at the least. He looked young enough to be our grand child, we were considering taking him back in our suitcase, but he is married!
He was attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable and then took off with ease.
Jason kept up a continual patter of all we saw, making sure we knew about it all.
The day was cloudy but clear for photography which we enjoy, no up shine from the sun either, he even tilted the wing so I could have a better photo of the peninsular.

We were able to see all of Marie Island and of course wine glass bay, seal rock and the fossil rocks too. The buildings from the convict era came up perfectly.

We both said it was one of the best flights we had taken and you can see if you look there have been many.

Spend your money, you can't take it with you, go on an amazing adventure with this airline, go for it!

“Maria Island”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 March 2014

Had a wonderful flight over wineglass Bay, the Hazard mountains and on to the magnificent views of Maria Island and the Parallel Bays. Our pilot Mitchell was so well versed on all the attractions of the area and provided a great commentary during the flight. We would definitely recommend this experience and are very pleased we chose to add this to our wonderful holiday memories of Tasmania's East Coast!

“Breathtaking!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 January 2014

We took a marvelous flight over Wineglass Bay. Our pilot was friendly and professional and gave us lots of information about what we were looking at. It was an amazing adventure and we'll always remember how beautiful it was. Well worth the cost! We would do it again in a heartbeat.
