We pre-booked three nights here, from the UK, many months before embarking on our Tasmania campervan trip. Stayed here for a few nights so we could do the Wilderness train journey and the Gordon river cruise. Although this is a busy site and a bit squeezed in, we had a great stay here. Lovely area. Good facilities and very helpful and friendly staff.
Walked into town all of the time, which was about 20 minutes away. Also walked to the railway station which was about 45 minutes. Good on-site fish & chip shop!
