We were in town for a surprise birthday party. We typically stay with family, but because of the surprise, had to get a hotel. This was in a great location for us. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of room. We actually got upgraded to a KING Suite - which was delightful.

The lobby is very nice. The business area to print documents and flight tickets was really nice. We got an upgrade - not sure why but we didn't mind at all. The area is quaint around the area. Plenty of places to eat and shop. I'd definitely stay here again! Was headed to Niagara Falls from Detroit and this was a good place to stop after a long day of traveling and sightseeing!

Our room was clean and the rooms were large with plenty of towels and wash cloths. The reception area was inviting and the staff was outstanding. they invited us to use the lounge for our guest as so many of us were there for my Brother's funeral. We can't thank the staff enough for their concern for our well-being in a time of need. The staff and hotel management went above and beyond their normal duties to make us feel comfortable.

Room Tip: The comfortable rooms with beautiful view of the Courtyard

Very nice hotel. Very clean and new looking. We've been doing a lot of traveling with my softball team and this is the first hotel that didn't offer free breakfast. There was a restaurant on the first floor and other restaurants very close by.

Room Tip: Multiple floors with elevator. We stayed on first floor.

We stayed here for 1 night in a suite. The king bed was super comfy. The pull out bed was not. We had to call to get sheets, pillows & blankets. The air worked great (it was super hot out). We checked in around 3:45 PM after my son's first game & wanted to grab a bite to eat but their restaurant was not open yet. We went to Chili's right across the street. We paid for breakfast but didn't get info on it when we checked in. The next morning we went down around 6:45AM to find out breakfast wasn't available yet. My son had to be at the soccer field at 7:15AM. The pool looked very nice. The balconies were also a nice feature. The courtyard was bring use by other sports teams & looked nice as well.
