This is an older, well established campground in a very nice small town. Since it is older it has plenty of shade trees. The campground staff is friendly, and vigilent about keeping the place clean and tidy. The pool is small, but does the job for cooling off on those hot summer days. Not all sites are level, so bring a few wood blocks. They do require a sew adapter that screws into the sewer (no open hoses in the sewer line). They have full service with a dump station, LP, small store, laundry ($1.75 wash, $175 dry). The restrooms could use an update, but they are kept clean (no mold or mildew). There was plenty of hot water. As for privacy, it's a campground! You are going to have neighbors; make a friend. If you want total privacy get a hotel room.
Lebanon is close to Dayton and Cincy, making day trips to the Air Force Museum or Downtown Cincy quick and easy. History is everywhere here - especially the Underground Railroad. Do a walking tour of Lebanon and neighboring Springboro to learn about the roll they played helping slaves escape to the north.
Overall, I would highly recommend this campground for your local stay.
