We stayed for a nearby wedding. The place is beautifully decorated, clean and sophisticated. The bed was uber comfortable. Bedding, linens and towels were luxurious, as was the dinnerplate-sized showerhead. Breakfast at 9:00 is amazing... we had to leave 10 minutes early on Sunday morning & they were so sweet and packed us homemade banana walnut bread, fruit, yogurt with granola, and coffee to go. They also have bottled water, snacks and coffee available for free, 24/7. I feel like we got an incredible value, and a much much better experience than we would have at any hotel. I can't wait to have an excuse to go back.

Our experience at Spitzer House B&B was 5-star. The house is exquisitely decorated and CLEAN! We stayed in Anna's room which is a queen. The bed was a bit hard for me, hence a 4-star on the sleep quality. The room itself faces the road so you can hear traffic. But it was really cool to hear the train in the distance as well. The breakfasts were out of this world yummy! Haley, the innkeeper, says she loves to cook and this was apparent in her photoquality breakfasts. Haley is warm and hospitable as are her family members a few of whom we got to meet along with the adorable Australian sheepdog. Our friends stayed in the king with the double bathrooms and loved it! A bride and groom graced our breakfast the first day as husband and wife. How neat! Haley had made a heart design on their bed with fresh rose petals! Another couple from the Medina area stayed there just for a weekend get-away! What a wonderful idea. I highly recommend this B&B and we definitely will stay there again when visiting the area. By the way, the outside of the house is being resided with a calming green and yellow so don't "be lookin" for the salmon pink house anymore. I personally like the pink but the green and yellow complements the beauty of the house decor inside. Loved this experience and loved Haley and her family! You will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: Anna's room seems to be the favorite at the front of the house but you can hear traffic. It is a...

We stayed at this lovely B & B for two nights. Our room was super clean, the towels were soft and fluffy and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the bathroom fixtures with the soaking tub and the old fashion pull on the commode. Hayley, the young innkeeper, made wonderful breakfasts. We have stayed in many B & B's and this one was right up there at the top. Thanks Hayley for a wondeful stay.

Spitzer House is a lovely Victorian mansion furnished with lovely period pieces. The staircase and stained glass windows were great places to take photos. We really liked the twin stained glass nightlights in our room. Don't miss the light fixtures especially the wall light sculpture in the dining room.

We had a large and spacious room with not one, but two full baths! The double jacuzzi was delightful after a day of traveling 7 hours and after a day at a wedding. We appreciated the fluffy towels and cozy robes. Our king bed was comfortable, even for someone with a bad back. The town square is within easy walking distance and be sure to check out ROOT candles.

Breakfasts were hearty and delicious and Hayley was kind enough to provide us with delicious scones to have with our morning coffee on the day we attended a family brunch. she was also most attentive to individual dietary needs. All day beverages and cookies were another treat.

Hayley was persistent and successful in resolving a wireless internet issue - important to us who take our work with us. Our accommodations were made available to us at a rate comparable to the rate other wedding guests received at a nearby chain motel.

We stayed in Anna's room on April 20,2012. We couldn't have been happier. The room was super clean. There were snacks, coffee and bottled water available for us to enjoy. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious. We didn't realize the train ride we were taking on Saturday was just one block from the Spitzer. For us it was as good as it gets! Norm and Judy

Just stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast over the Medina Ice Festival. Hayley was a wonderful hostess who made sure we had everything we needed. The homemade cookies at 4:00 were an added touch that was totally unexpected. The room was so clean and we loved the bathrooms in Evalyn's Room. We would come back again! Breakfast was homemade and much more food than we could eat. Nice place for us as we were celebrating! Thanks for such a pleasant weekend!

it was quite lovely old fashioned in many sorts but the bottle of champagne still had the price tag on it . it was a nice bottle i liked the breakfast bar but me and my fiance were to nervous to walk around or do anything were a younger couple and i just felt like a little kid and if i were to touch something or go exploring that i might break something and we did not want to do that i recently read in a review that it was haunted which also did not help my nervousness i have slight anxiety issues so i didn't sleep at all while my lover had no problem sleeping . the jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the robes were amazingly soft and the breakfast was decent but i don't think that we will be attending there anytime soon again i think that we are we too young to be going to a place like and we need something more modern that fits our style but the clerk was very accommodating to say the least but we couldn't find her some of the time that we were there . i don't think that this old Victorian house had what we liked but it was nice for the most part

Room Tip: there is only upstairs floor with 4 huge rooms and the room we stayed which was evylynns room was qu...
