Thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay in our area. Glad to see you and your family enjoyed your visit and our hotel met your hospitality needs.
Hope to see you again soon.
I know the title sounds a bit much, but I can honestly say this is the finest Comfort Suites/Inn or any similar hotel that I have ever stayed in. Room was immaculate with many upgrades, clean, air conditioning worked great, beds were new and comfortable, fridge worked fine, very quiet despite a holiday and the price was very reasonable. I don't know what else to say other than if I'm ever in the area again, I would never consider another hotel.
Thank you Charlie for taking a monent to provide our property with such a great review!! We are extremely glad to hear that you have thoroughly enjoyed your stay with the Comfort Suites Perrysburg,OH. Cleanliness, excellent customer service, and undated facility is what we take pride in. We are pleased to know that we were able to provide you with just that!
We look forward to the pleasure of making yet another memorable experience for you. Thank YOU!
Have stayed twice in the last 3 months at Comfort Suites Perrysburg, in regular room and king suite. Rooms are clean and seem renovated not long ago without signs of wear, beds are very comfortable. Good size bathroom. The breakfast included is adequate and the breakfast lady is very nice. The hotel does not have fancy large lobby or a swimming pool but stay is a pleasant experience.
Great! I am so happy that our staff gave you the service you most definitely deserved. Thank you for choosing us, we appreciate your business!
We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.
This hotel is fine. Prior recent reviews about the hallways and rooms are purely based on differing aesthetic tastes. The hotel is recently redone and complaints about dark hallways and rooms are because the designer made deliberate choices about the lighting, not because they are outdated for dingy.
My biggest complaint is about false advertising (which I think may be an issue with Comfort Suites in general, not just this hotel, though I haven't stayed in Comfort Suites for many years). We are paying for what is called a "one bedroom suite," which should mean a living area with sleeping couch separated from a bedroom, but is really a somewhat larger than usual hotel room with one king-sized bed and a sofa bed on the wall where the a second bed would typically be located. Since having kids 8 years ago, we typically look for suites when traveling because we like having the separate bedroom/living room feature so that the adults don't have to go to bed at the same time as the kids. The set up we had at this Comfort "Suites" has absolutely no separation between the spaces (unless you call a little wall that sticks out 2 feet from the headboard wall between the bed and sofa couch and that does nothing to block light or sound). This is not a suite and should not be called one. In looking for hotel rooms over the years, I have across similarly mis-advertised rooms and am annoyed that hotels are allowed to get away with advertising rooms in a way that is misleading.
Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests! We are displeased to see that there were some areas of concern regarding the guest room layout and will certainly address your concerns with upper management. You are a valued guest and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you better service in the near future!
I would not recommend anyone stay here. The positive- the staff is very professional and friendly. They are very accommodating and do know how to treat customers. The building/services themselves are terrible. The lighting in the hallways and rooms is so dark. When you walk into the hallway, you feel like you are in a cave. The lighting in the rooms is so dark that we had to request a lamp be brought up (which helped a bit). The TV only has 18 channels I believe. They do not have history channel, TCM, to name a few. They basically have the 3 major networks, TNT, USA ,3 fox news station and few others. There is no TV guide in the rooms (i.e what networks come on what channels). Also. the hotel information book has no listing of local places to eat. I had to ask at the front desk and basically (the only statf person that was not that helpful) printed out a mapquest for some plaza 3 miles away. I would not recommend staying here.
I apologize for your less than satisfactory experience at our hotel. We are displeased to see that there were some areas of concern regarding the lighting and the available TV channels in your guest room and will certainly address your concerns with upper management. Nevertheless, we sincerely regret any trouble or inconvenience we have caused. You are a valued guest and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you better service in the near future!
This was my first suite ever booked.
The first I will say is what was GOOD.
* the bed was great. .
* the front desk service great
*shower was awesome
*When I arrived at 230 I got an early check in. Immediately when I walked into the bathroom I smelled a strong odor like someone just went to use the services #2. It was disgusting. Also the fan didnt work so the smell stayed for some time. . And obviously the fan never worked our stay.
* while laying down I found a coke bottle next to the bed.. which was not ours. Questioning a thorough cleaning
* the flat screen tv came in horrible.. it kept glitching out and scrambling sort of.
* this was my main issue of my stay AND ONE I ADVISE ANYONE THAT STAYS NOT TO GET AND ASK FOR NOT TO HAVE THERE ROOM BY.
Make sure you do not get the rooms on the bottom floor by room 119 or 120 or any of those numbers. Those rooms are located right by the side exit door. That door shuts SOOOOO LOOOUUD. It woke my fiancě up twice scaring her at nite. I couldn't believe how loud that door shuts. This needs to be seriously fixed. For a suite like that you need better doors that do not slam that loud. I cannot explain how loud that sounds. But if you dont like to sleep .. I suggest getting this area. I counted 10 slams at 6 am in the morning, I never went back to bed. I couldn't it was that loud. I just cant believe they haven't done anything about this? Why would you have your client's sleep in rooms where the door is that loud??? The amount of money we pay and that just is not acceptable. I will never stay here again.
Also the small fridge made this loud annoying humming noise for a good 15 minutes every 2 hours or so. It was ear wrenching.. I couldnt stand it. Please replace that fridge in 119
* last the Jacuzzi was great. The issue was the water. I swiped water on my face ..you know I was sweating.. holy cow bad mistake. There was so much chlorine in that water .. my eyes were burning so bad after. Im writing this review the next evening right now and my eyes still are itchy and burn. Just dont wipe your face with the water thats all i say.
I just cant believe the stay.. and what I paid. . It was not worth it. I will look somewhere else next time if I decide to get a suite. All Im saying is mainly. . Dont book around those number rooms. Ask for upstairs! !!!
