The title says it all. In my opinion, a great pizza is determined by the crust and the sauce. The toppings are pretty much a given. Generally, I hate thin crust pizza as the crust is usually tough and tastes like cardboard. I would like to know Ralphie's secret and I wish they would share it with everyone else. This was the best thin crust pizza I have ever eaten. The crust was light and tasty, the toppings were excellent with just the right amount of cheese. Most importantly, they did not drown the pizza with too much sauce as so many other places are wont to do.
I thought Ralphie's offered an excellent menu and there are so many dishes that I would like to try but I know that if I'm ever back in this area I will order the pizza again. It was truly delicious.
The service, btw, was awesome. Had a great chat with Josh, our host, who was friendly and helpful and our server, Alex, was delightfully efficient.
Can't give this place a higher recommendation. It was such a treat to discover.
