As the previous reviews mentioned you get what you paid for. No privacy in the rooms. You can hear people walking in the hallway and doors closing. The breakfast was the norm - waffle maker, fruits, oatmeal, and yogurt. Wi-fi was pretty bad and would drop with no warning. Close to Kings Island and did the job of a place to lay my head at night but nothing more.
Thank you for yor review. We provide an economical alternate to the Holiday Inn across the street. There you have to pay fo the breakfast also.
You get what you pay for people. For my money, this is fine. Their wi-fi system is horrible, though. I wish they'd mow the grass. Avoid the breakfast. Spend 2.50 at McDonalds, ya cheap-a##e#. Decent room. Safe. The HI is across the highway, if this place ain't up to your high standards.
Thank you for your input. As you mentioned, we provide an economical alternate to the Holiday In across the street if you want to spend more money.
My husband called the morning of our arrival to see if there were refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. He was assured that these would be available at no charge. Upon checking into the hotel, all this changed when we used a travel coupon. They said all of the rooms with refrigerators and microwaves were taken, so none were available. They said we had the last room available and it did not include the refrigerator or microwave. My husband was told that all rooms had a refrigerator and microwave at no charge. When we stated this, the person at the front desk told us the girl my husband spoke with was new and didn't know the policies. We asked for a cancellation and left. When looking at the cancellation, I noticed that it was printed on the back of a previous guest's receipt, containing his credit card number, name, phone and address. They are too cheap to use a new piece of paper for their printouts. We called four hours later to see if there were rooms available with refrigerators and microwaves, and there were. They lie. Also, the lobby stunk. I would not stay there for free, and they should not be able to use the Wyndham name. They advertise that there property was newly renovated. It still looks like it's fifty years old. We will seriously consider whether or not we will stay at Wyndham properties in the future.
You were informed that we have micro fridge in some rooms. It was misunderstanding on your husband's part. We tried to accommodate you but you are a problem guest. Sorry for not able to help you.
