Description: Registry is a casual elegant restaurant that is unique to the Toledo area. We serve the cuisine of our time that highlights our region’s bounty. We focus on seasonally inspired shareable small dishes as well as offer a full selection of composed entrees. The entire space glows of natural light from a series of French doors which are set into the original foot print of the historic building. With Juliet balconies, the doors open to the dining room to overlook Superior St. and the hustle and bustle of the entertainment district. Like our menu, the dining room ambiance is a mixture of modern and classic, with a touch of urban chic. The polished concrete floor and soaring raw concrete pillars are balanced by the comfort of walnut plank tables and traditional seating. Our stylish bar accommodates guests who prefer cocktail and light dining in a social atmosphere. Our cocktail menu changes seasonally featuring classic American bar cocktails with a modern seasonal perspective. The wine list is modest in size but impressive in content. By hand selecting boutique wines from both new and old world regions, we feature unique seasonal selections that perfectly compliment our menu. Along with cocktails and wine, we will offer a rotating selection of American craft beers and mocktails.. Registry looks forward to the opportunity to serve you, for whatever occasion you desire.

We had a great meal last Friday night at Registry Bistro. Expect a unique menu not a cookie cutter menu. I had a grilled lamb loin which was cooked to perfection. My wife had the pastrami cured tenderloin one of the specials Both of the entrees were fantastic. The waiter was pleasant and had great suggestions for cocktails and helped select wine to accompany the meal. The choices were nice pairings with our meal. The scotch olive appetizer was unique and was a nice starter. We had the tasting desert menu which allowed us to sample all they had to offer. It was perfect. So nice to have another non traditional option restaurant in Toledo to chose from.

We enjoyed a tasty meal of assorted appetizers (charcuterie, frites, artichokes, Scotch olives, cheeses) and wine. Our server was accommodating and helpful, but was not in sync with our approach. I wish he hadn't keep pushing us to select entrees (which would have been way more food than we could eat). Even so, the evening was plenty fun. I recommend Toledo as a worthy sight to visit and Registry Bistro as a great dining venue.

Finally, an upscale restaurant in Toledo with a unique cuisine for the discriminating diner. The menu which rotates with the seasons and local produce is a culinary pleasure. Each time we eat here, we are indulged in an epicurian delight. Whether it's duck, turtle, elk, sea bass, or pork tenderloin, your taste buds will be pleasantly surprised and so will your wallet. Attentive wait staff always on hand and a bar with a great selection of liquors will complete the evening.

We dined at the Registry Bistro on Saturday. The setting is modern, the food fantastic and the service for our large party was wonderful. It's no wonder that this is becoming the "go to" restaurant for many in the Toledo area. I had the beet and plum salad- excellent and the soft shell crab. Both were excellent. The menu does change, so the menu at their website is not current, but does reflect the scope of the chef's abilities. All is all a great meal and a wonder restaurant!! When we are back in Toledo, we will stop again for dinner.

Registry is our "go to" restaurant with guests or even for just the two of us for a nice evening out. For us the perfect "meal" is an assortment of appetizers. The menu is ever-changing but the scotch olives are a must-have constant. There is also usually a variation of grilled oysters and then we start picking new things. Toledo is very lucky to have Chef Erica.
Service is always topnotch with information about the food and wines readily available. Valet parking makes in and out easy in Toledo's often challenging weather.
