Returned here to check out new menu. Ordered bottle of wine and waited "forever" to have it served, then one of our guests was offered to taste which was strange and awkward. Next, one "salad" arrived, a caprese that was weird and not good - a kind of fried cheese and tomato on top of aburned piece of bread. The server apologized and said she would show it to the kitchen - last we heard of it until it appeared on our bill. After about 10 minutes the 3 other salads arrived. Finally the four entrees arrived and all were good: lamb chops, eggplant parm, pork chop, and shrimp & grits- sort of a jambalaya that was good but difficult to eat fr a plate with a fork. 2 of our 3 ordered coffees arrived and we found another server to get our third. Reputation, reviews, and prior experiences led us to high expectations which were not met with very poor service.
