Established business with a soft amber tiered decor and very nice patio for warm weather dining. I'm usually in the lounge at mid afternoon so I miss restaurant rush hours. Good quality bar food with very good soups as well as more imaginative appetizers such as sweet spicy chicken wraps, seared tuna won tons, tasty humus with warm pita and rice skin spring rolls. Can't really speak to the entrees.Yesterday's late lunch with a friend who hadn't been here for a while was made more enjoyable by a half priced bottle of wine. My understanding is that the owner is also the proprietor of Menaro's, another favorably reviewed Westlake spot.
