“Great Cabin for the Family!”
Reviewed 2 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

From the moment we drove up, we knew the cabin was going to be great. It was beautiful inside and out. The furnishings and decor are beautiful and fun. It was very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect - just south of the southern park entrance. Unlike many of the cabins in the area, this one is easy to get to with a circle drive and no steep hills. We cooked meals every night and used the well-stocked kitchen, the charcoal grill, and the firepit (for hot dogs and smores). The kitchen had everything we needed. For entertainment and relaxation, we enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table, and the x-box. There was even a good selection of board games and puzzles upstairs. If you're not trying to "get away from it all", you'll appreciate the four TVs with cable and WiFi available. All of the beds were comfortable, including the fun pull-out twin beds in the loft. With four kids, I was especially fond of having a full sized washer and dryer available. We spent our days in the park hiking, canoeing, and swimming, but the family was always anxious to get back to the cabin to play and relax each night. There are other cabins within sight, but it was very quiet and peaceful while we were there. Driving to the cabin one evening, we saw several deer nearby. We would recommend this cabin to anyone, but it's especially great for families. We hope to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

“The Rowdy Beaver”
Reviewed 31 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

My wife and I will definitely be coming back to the Rowdy Beaver. This luxurious cabin was the perfect get away for our spring break vacation. Smart Tv's in every room, upstairs pool room, excellent furniture & appliances, & I really enjoyed the Hot Tub.... The Rowdy Beaver is perfect for rest and relaxation. Kudos to the owner. They've done a great job with The Rowdy Beaver.

“Relaxing with all the fixings”
Reviewed 24 January 2017 for a stay in January 2017

The cabin was located far enough in the woods but still close to a main road. It is absolutely stunning. I was with a group of 6 ladies(7 total counting me) and we were able to all fit comfortably with no issues. Everything is upgraded and the kitchen was stocked with every appliances and pan we needed to cook. Gary is amazing! We had a little trouble with the internet so I called him at about 11:30 PM and he answered and sorted everything out for us. There is a really nice pool table, fire pit and hot tub that are amazing. Tons of games to keep everyone occupied. The only downsides were that the WiFI was extremely spotty it was really hard to stay connected unless you stayed in one of the back rooms. There is absolutely no service in the cabin so WiFi is extremely necessary if you need to keep in contact with the outside world.

All in all the cabin is absolutely gorgeous and I look forward to staying there again. I highly recommend it for small groups!
