“Okay Stay.”

The King Suite was nice for the price that I paid. There was not much separation between the bed and the living area. You walk into the bathroom instead of the actual room. The light fixture in the bathroom had crickets in it. The breakfast was a typical continental, but there wasn't much variety of breads. The Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice stay for a place to sleep for the night.

We stopped here late at night as we were traveling through the area. The receptionist was very nice and polite. We got a standard rate room. It was small but clean and comfortable. Furnishings were very nice, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and flat screen TV. The bathroom was a little small but there was plenty of hot water for showers in the morning. A large continental breakfast is served in a large eating area near front desk. We were pleased with our stay here.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 105.

Stayed here while on a cross-country trip...especially because they allowed pets, (for an extra fee). Friendly staff. Average Econo Lodge.

Our room had 2 double beds, desk, chair, refrigerator, microwave oven, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, flat screen tv with free HBO, free WiFi. While the beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows, the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people walking upstairs above our room. Fortunately, I'm a heavy sleeper:)

The windows and curtains need replacing in this motel. They're very old.

Free continental breakfast in lobby consisted of cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bananas, apples, danish and make-your-own waffles. No meats. No eggs. There was however a very nice sitting area with lots of tables.

Ate dinner at the China Buffet in Clinton. Excellent food! Cooked to perfection. We had take-out. The buffet looked very good with LOTS of choices.

As for this Econo Lodge, we would probably stay here again simply because they allow pets and the beds were comfortable. As someone else mentioned, there is nothing special here. It's just okay.

P.S. We stayed here during a cricket invasion! Yikes. They covered the town of Clinton. (Certainly not the motel's fault).

Room Tip: Close to the Route 66 Museum which is worth a visit!

Well priced. I mentioned that I was looking for something in the $50 range and they took care of me. The breakfast was really basic. The walls are thin. But the help is incredible. And there's a free newspaper [The Oklahoman] available. All told, it's worth the price.

While traveling through we needed a motel that takes pets. The Econo Lodge is the only one we found where we could stay with our dog. The place was clean, the rooms were nice, nice breakfast with many choices, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed a little maintenance with the bottom of the bathroom door was water stained. With AARP or AAA the room was $72 plus the many taxes.
The AC worked well, 90 degrees with high humidity, so it got a work out.
We travel through this area twice every year and would stay here again. I graded it average because it is what I expected, nothing out of the ordinary and no issues. It met our expectations.

Room Tip: Our Navigation system shows the motel on the other side of the street. But you will see the signs.

I was very pleased with room and breakfast however upon returning to my room the next morning I asked a hispanic maid for some extra towels and she smiled and handed me clean towels and then turned to another hispanic maid standing in the hall and proceeded to call me a spoiled American pig in Spanish and the other hispanic maid responded by saying she should have gotten me towels from the laundry room and wiped her privates on them before giving them to me all the while looking at me smiling. I started to tell them I am fluent in Spanish however I was curious to see what else they thought of me.

Room Tip: Do not stay here if you do not like being ridiculed for being caucasion and American!!!!!

Some of my buddies and I were on our way to Oklahoma city and I stay here a lot so we decided to stay here. I honestly see the improvement at this hotel and the stay is very relaxing. We had a couple problems with our Tv, and the man was so positive about getting the problem fixed. There was little noise from the highway at night but this was barely an issue. The room smelled really nice and we were making a little noise at night so the night person called and told us to keep it down, but he was making jokes and was really funny. All in all it is a very fun place to be and they make you feel at home.
