We arrived in the early eveining of the fourth of July. We did not know the area. The staff at the front desk told us about the local fireworks and gave us a room that we could watch the fireworks from. This was a very nice gesture and very much appreciated. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our room. The room was large and very clean with lots of closet space. The room was quiet which made for good resting. This is a must stay when you are in Edmond.

This hotel was the best I have ever stayed in. The breakfast. the service, EVERYTHING! The elevator didn't sound like there was a wind storm. This is in the middle of 3 other hotels. Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Fairfield Inn. I would reccomend this hotel to everybody!

The "Savory Breakfast" a continental with sausage and scrambled eggs (as shown on page 6 of their catalog) was not provided. When I called their Customer Service they said the hard boiled egg was OK instead of scrambled. No sausage, no scrambled egg, no bacon. Don't believe what the reservation people at the Choice Hotel reservation 800 number tell you either. Other guest at the hotel were asking "where is the sausage" The girl at the front desk didn't know what we were talking about. So if you want a "Savory Breakfast" stay at the Holiday Inn Express next door, they have sausage & bacon.

Awesome place to stay!! Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. There are a variety of restaurants nearby and great shopping. If you are on the road and need to send a night in the Edmond/OKC area, I would highly recommend Comfort Suites!!!

This hotel is new in the fall 2009. We liked it so much the first time we stayed in December 2009 on an outbound trip that we drove an extra hour or two on our return trip to stay there. The design, spotlessness, and amenities really set this hotel apart from most in its limited-service category.

The rooms are spacious and very well designed. For one thing, the ceilings are higher than almost anything you ever see in a hotel room of any class except the older historic ones. And another interesting design feature: The closet (with doors!) is at the back of the room instead of the front, creating more space as you enter the room. The bathrooms have tile (as opposed to composite) floors with nice sinks and are very nice. The rooms are set up as suites with couches in the sitting area; I don't know whether they pull out into a sofa bed. We noticed on the return trip--and the hotel clerk confirmed--that the double queen rooms are somewhat larger than the kings in order to accomodate the second bed. All rooms have a nice-sized desk and working space--more typical of a full-service business hotel than a hotel in this category.

For business travelers, there is a meeting room available (did not check it out, but it looked to be about the size of one of the rooms, probably with a conference table and chairs.) The hotel has a decent small computer center in the lobby with a couple of computers, printers, and a few business supplies. Wireless service seems to be more than adequate. I think most business travelers will find what they need here.

The hotel's other amenities are superior, as well. There is an indoor pool (decent size, not large, but probably large enough) and a better-than expected fitness center with three or four good-quality fitness machines.

Free breakfast offers not just cold continental breakfast items but hot items as well, such as make-your-own waffles and serve-yourself omlettes or eggs.

As noted, the hotel was new on our stays. Carpets, bedding, and the like are spotless; the furnishings seem to be sturdy and good quality; I guess time will tell.

This hotel is in Edmond, Oklahoma, off Interstate I-35 just north of the intersection of I-35 with I-44. This would be a good choice for those seeking a place to stay in northeast Oklahoma City or near the Kirkpatrick Turnpike, where places to stay sometimes can seem a bit difficult to locate. If you are looking in northeast OKC, don't overlook this place. There are a number of other limited-service hotels at this intersection in Edmond. We have not had an opportunity to compare them, but they bear the standard hotel flags for this category and it's hard to imagine they could be better than this one.

I am rating this hotel four stars because that is about as high as I will rate a hotel without a full-service restaurant; others probably would rate it five. For the quality, service and amenities, it is a great value.

The hotel is totally nonsmoking.

We definitely would return--and already have!

This wonderful hotel is only 2 weeks old. The staff, room, value/price and continental breakfast all exceeded our expectations. Being new, we loved the spotless new towels, sheets, beds and furniture in our large sunny room. The main course of the breakfast changes daily - we had sausage gravy and biscuits, along with waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, pastries and juices. Our suite had 2 queen beds and also a sofa bed - perfect for our extended family. Also in the room was a microwave and refrigerator. One tip we have is to request a non-connecting room because the door is not soundproof and the crying baby in the next room could easily be heard.
