“Great place!”
Reviewed 1 January 2014 via mobile

It's the middle of a renovation, so we didn't get the full effect of the new facility, but what is done is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the king executive suite, which was roomy, clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, offering us good dinner advice and board games to play with the kids. Some of the renovation work is spilling into the main areas, so it is very dusty and cluttered, but otherwise our stay was great and we can't wait to stay again!

We checked in after driving for 10+ hours. Not having a reservation we were still able to get a room with 2 beds.

The first thing I noticed when entering the lobby is the construction going on. They are in the process of upgrading the hotel.

The reservation agent was new so it took longer to check-in. I was using a Marriott gift card so she had to call her manager to walk her through the process. Originally she was going to put us on the first floor which has NOT yet been renovated. I think because it took her so long to check us in she felt bad and offered us a newly renovated room on the top floor. I accepted the updated room. She offered us a list of places that delivered pizza, but I had to go back and ask for the list as she didn't give it to me.

The room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and we did not have any issues with noise.

The bathroom was clean and fresh with plenty of amenities.

We did not partake in the breakfast so I can't say if it was good or not.

If we got here again, I would stay here as my second choice. It is not really near anything so if you're looking for something within walking distance, pick a different hotel.

Room Tip: Higher floors have already been renovated so ask for one of those.

Four of us for two nights. Good location with clean rooms . The roping contest was in progress so dirt was being tracked into the facility but it was being cleaned up. Food was good and plentiful. Staff was very helpful!

This hotel is great. They are very accommodating. The staff is great. The rates are reasonable. I've stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months and have had a pleasant experience each time. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are so comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning. Their little "store" is great too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: For a little bit extra (like a few dollars) you can upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub. The jacuz...

There is not a large selection of hotels in Edmond. We gave the Fairfield another try. Checkin was unventful and easy this time. Our room seemed tiny though and definitely had problems with cleanliness and wear and tear. Not a good value for $144 a night. I attached pictures to this review.

We stay in a lot of hotels up and down I-35, and are so thankful we found this hotel! The front desk service was great, and we enjoyed our suite very much. We especially appreciated 2 TVs after a long day of travel! The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was also nice.

We stayed two nights. We had a medical emergency on our trip. We actually did not arrive until 7:00 am the morning of our first night stay. Even though we were charged for that first night one of our rooms was not ready, one other was a handicapped room. We were told housekeeping would not arrive until 9:00 am and they were fully booked. - big confusion with checkin and reservation - I understand we didn't arrive as expected, but if we reserved and were charged by credit card all rooms should be ready as reserved. I noticed the same issue as other reviewers, as soon as housekeeping arrives they start banging on doors. Not unusual for hotels this level, but still annoying. Elevator could have used some cleanup and vacuuming. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Breakfast was a circus. Typical motel buffet with styrofoam plates and plastic silverware, scrambled eggs, sausage patties alternating with bacon. Some boxed cereals, breads, and the waffle maker. It was ok, but so overcrowded! There is just no room to move and people lined up for the waffles, which blocked everything else. All in all nothing really seriously wrong with this hotel, but also nothing outstanding that makes me insist on coming back here.
