This is not what we expected of Super 8. The tissue dispenser was empty, there was only one bath size towel, and breakfast was not very good variety. The fruit bowl contained only two apples, at 0605 hrs. There was no juice on the breakfast.
The price of the room, oh yes, the price, $80 seems like a big price for this type of service. We have had better accomodations for much less. I cannot reccomend this Super 8.
Will never go back.The rooms need updating. I can't believe there was not fitted sheets for the bed. When I walked across the floor after shower with wet feet, my feet were black on bottom. The tub is yellow from age. Nightstand had big chunk off the top. The blanket had holes from cigarette burns and were really rough. If the owner can afford the expensive cars he has then he can spend some of his money on updating his business. They ran out of wash cloths also.The help was sloppily dressed.
Not what we've experienced at many other Super 8's!
Appears to be a remodel of some older motel. TV remote did not work. Hair drier did not work. No pool. Shower head was taped to the wall bracket No Usa today. At Breakfast: No decaf coffee.
"They said nobody here drinks decaf. Haven't made but two pots of decaf in the last year. If people want decaf they make it in their room."
When I first tried the decaf pot, some coffee squirted out. Apparently, it had not been washed since the last time. (Clerk admitted this. I was there about 6:15AM. They did offer to make a pot of decaf, but I declined.
This hotel reeks of smoke. The stench fills the non-smoking rooms. There is water damage in the popcorn ceilings. In the lobby a large chunk of popcorn ceiling is dangling above the breakfast table. There could be mold building up in the ceiling where the water damage is located. When we voiced our concerns to the management, they accused us of wanting a free room and they accused us of being racist. Boycott this motel! It needs to be razed! If you value your family's health, do not stay here!
