If you want to see the best collection of antique fire trucks then this is the place. They have displays, memorabilia, old equipment, pictures and a staff who knows everything about firefighting from it's inception to present. Great fun for the adults who want to be kids and the kids who dream of being a hero. This is a must see. You will come back again.

This isn't the biggest, most extensive museum I've ever been to, but for $5 per adult (I got 50% off so %5 total thanks to checking in on Foursquare!) you can't ask for much really!

It's a small museum, but there's no shortage of things to look at, it's interesting and it took less than an hour so you can do a lot of other stuff with your day too!

Although a small building this museum has numerous exhibits and several old but well preserved fire trucks for you to view. I spent a pleasant hour looking around all the exhibits. Make sure you watch the video of the horse drawn fire engines. I was fascinated to see the horses position themselves in front of their harnesses ready to be hooked up when a call came in !

The museum has a small gift shop. There is plenty of free parking at the museum.

It was an interesting slice of history. Not a place to spend hours upon hours but is nestled with a lot of other shorter stops too so it was ok. Train Museum, 45th Infantry, Cowboy and Western History Museum, the zoo, the science museum, and Remington Park all nearby

Liked the patch collection. NEED to send one from home!! They didn't have PO-DUNK Pennsylvania there :0)
