Hotel seems run down and in need of maintenance and updating. The first room I was given did not have a locking door. Hotel staff finally found another room for me, which I appreciate. Housekeeping was under par and others in my group said the same about their room. I could tell they didn't do a lot of cleaning because the same pile of fuzz, dust and hair stayed behind the bathroom door the entire time of our stay.

Room was nice, breakfast was wonderful, staff was very nice and helpful. My boss did get her car broken into parked right by the front door on the last night we stood there. The air condition worked some times, moved to another room that the ac did not work at all, moved back to the first room with the uncertain air conditioner. Like that coffee & juices were available ALL day throughout my weeklong stay.

Room tip: Pet friendly and someones pet barked all night long for 2 nights.

Breakfast was good and well presented, Room was oddly configured with a desk in the middle of the room which was broken because a previous guest had set something heavy on it. I notified the front desk that came to look at it, and they did not fix it, we were there 3 nights.
Room was clean and staff otherwise was good as well.

Room tip: We had a room on the West\highway side and it wasn't noisy

Good spot for business or pleasure on the southeast side of the city. Close to shopping, ORU and businesses in Southern Hills area. Walk to chain steakhouses. Very friendly staff...nice treats for gold rewards members. Standard Fairfield Inn set-up with small indoor pool, gym and continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and beds fairly comfortable.

Everything in the hotel seemed as if it is in need of desperate renovation. The halls were very stuffy - the pools was in need of a good scrubbing. The television channels were definitely lacking - basic channels were nonexistent. The breakfast was adequate. Although, all of the yogurts were expired by 10 days. We will not stay here again until renovations and improvements are made!
