Now this is truly a hidden gem...this garden is hidden at the very back of Woodward Park, behind the Rose Garden (far east boundary of both places). It is only open from April through October as it should be because our climate doesn't offer much in terms of winter flora....anyway, if you're looking for demonstrations of types of plantings that make it in Tulsa, this is the place to go....whereas the nurseries we have are quite good, Linnaeus offers actual settings to view installations as well as docents on duty to ask questions as to how to cultivate the same in your garden....

“What a great experience.”
Reviewed 17 May 2014 via mobile

We were in Tulsa for a few days and had some extra time on our hands after visiting family. Trip Advisor suggested this venue so we checked it out. We could not have been happier with our choice. The flowers and vegetation were wonderful. Even on a chilly day we were pleasantly occupied with the offerings in the park. I highly recommend a few hours to experience this site.

Beautiful place to take pictures. Trees were in bloom along with the tulips! Take your camera, worth a drive.

“A tranquil oasis in the city”
Reviewed 19 April 2014

My husband and I stopped by this attraction and could not believe that it was free. We wandered through delightful paths and a koi pond, enjoyed the herb garden where we could smell and taste and the volunteer we encountered was so knowledgeable and obviously loved what she did. We chatted some time about how it was built by donations and volunteers and all I can say is WOW! The atmosphere, statues, beautiful tulips and trees made you want to stay all day. The conservatory was unique and if you love plants, you will love the cactus. We will definitely be back!

“Beautiful Spot - Even in Winter”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

I am sure in spring this place is fabulous, but my grandchildren and I loved it in December when the greenhouses were overflowing with poinsiettas and the orchids and cacti were glorious.
