“Great Stay”

It was my first time to stay at this Hampton Inn. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and I had no problems at all. I did not use the breakfast bar but I assume that was up to the usual Hilton standards also. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Tulsa, OK.

Stayed here on the way through Tulsa. Arrived late and left early so our experience is based only on arrival, room, breakfast and departure. All were up to expected Hilton standards and allowed us to keep our trip flowing without any lodging related friction. There did not seem to much around in terms of walking to restaurants, etc. so if that is your thing, make sure to look at a map first. For us, it was a solid and commendable place to overnight.

The room was very clean and the staff was so helpful. Fitness facilities had good equipment but an extra bonus was the near by walking trail. Easy access to the expressways, shopping, gas stations, and restaurants. Breakfast menu varied slightly each morning for an interesting variety.

I was very disappointed in the front desk staff and the manager. I had accidentally left 2 shirts and called after check out to retrieve them. The front desk staff located the shirts. When I went back to retrieve them, they had disappeared.

On behalf of the entire team here at the Hampton Tulsa/Sand Springs, I would like to personally apologize for the trouble we have caused you. It is never acceptable to lose a guest items that they left behind and I want you to know your concern is our concern.

You can be confidant that I have shared your concern with the entire team so that similar incidents not repeated and not compromising on quality of service. The lost and found procedures have been reiterated to all team members. I am so sorry for the lack of care from our team. I hope that you will accept our apologies and give us another opportunity to prove our commitment to your satisfaction the next time you are in the Tulsa/ Sand Springs area.

At the last minute I wanted to be downtown at the Double Tree Hotel, but unfortunately it was all booked up. Being an Honors member I wanted the points so I opted for this Hampton Inn. This one will meet your expectations! Kelly

Lots of things were great about my stay at this hotel. I love Hampton Inn's, but this room was not up to par. The air conditioning just didn't work well and the room was humid and musty smelling. That said, food was great and I enjoyed doing computer work in the breakfast area. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and very pleasant.

Excellent, i enjoyed the stay as it was nice and clean and great service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great location. Only concern is that I sometimes would like to check in around 11am and would like to be guaranteed a room.

We truly appreciate your business. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
We would love to grant you an early arrival; however, when we are sold out the night before it is impossible as our check out time is not until noon. The only way to guarantee an 11am check-in when we are sold out the night before is to reserve the room for the night before arrival. This would create a two day room charge instead of two but you would have your room when needed.
