I have visited all of the Mongolian BBQs in Tulsa. I've been to Huhot on Memorial and both Ghengis Grill locations. The food is decent at Huhot and you get a lot of bang for your buck, but the service sucks. At Ghengis Grill you get tiny bowls and a cramped dining room.

Great Wall is an entirely different scene. I have driven past this restaurant numerous times over the years but only recently decided to visit. I was blown away! The service is impeccable.

If you choose the Mongolian BBQ, your meal will come with a choice of egg drop or hot and sour soup, an egg roll, steamed rice, and flat chinese biscuits with sesame seeds. I promise you, there is no better deal in south Tulsa.

They treated me like royalty at this location and I will return again and again.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I wouldn't even feed it to my pets. The mongolian beef was extremely old and stale and the sesame chicken was all batter and no chicken. Avoid at all costs. Better authentic Chinese places all over Tulsa. Try Golden Gate in midtown.

We've been going to Great Wall for over 7 years now. There are some wonderful dishes there, but much of it is dreadful. I would not recommend the Mongolian BBQ, but it seems to be popular with the typical Midwestern limited palate. Most of the non-Asian customers get the BBQ. Mr. Lin is the chef/owner. He is talented, but his food suffers because of his unwillingness to always use good fresh ingredients. His wife does a lot of the waiting and phone duties. Her English abilities are so bad, that she frequently mixes up orders, so check your food if you're getting take out.

I have found that his Hot and Sour Soup is bar none the best I have ever had, and I have had a lot from all over the world including food cities, San Fran, Vancouver, Houston, and New York. In fact, if it wasn't for his Hot and Sour Soup, I probably would no longer go there. I do not recommend any of the stir-fry dishes that have deep fried meat. They are very heavy on batter and thin on meat.

I grew up in Tulsa, and am nostalgic to the good old days when Tulsa was graced with Peking Garden 2 at 61st and Lewis. It had the best Chinese food and Mongolian BBQ this side of Guangzhou. Alas.

My husband and I have been eating at The Great Wall for three or four years. He always gets the Mongolian Bar-b-que and I usually get the Seafood Combination. We have tried many other dishes there, but keep going back to our favorites! If you go during spring/summer season, ask for an. order of Chinese Spinach (I can't spell the Chinese name!). Granted, yes, the place could be cleaner (just a little!!), but they treat us like family there and make great recommendations if we are feeling adventerous. The owner cooks and his wife waits tables...neither one of them speak great English, but we seem to understand each other fine AND my husband uses Google translator on his phone, which works for all of us! They make the very best egg drop soup I have EVER eaten! And, there eggrolls are light and full of veggies...the best!

We have been regulars at Great Wall for many years. The food is authentic Chinese as evidenced by the frequent Chinese patrons - and the fact the owners speak very little English. They have the best egg rolls in town. The Mongolian barbeque is excellent,, prepared with your own selected ingredients, sauces, and spices. The owners are very attentive and quite friendly. Can't beat the prices.
