Lots of items bordering on cold, definitely stale. If a restaurant is not busy, that should be a hint. I did not get sick but the cool temps of what should have been hot raised a yellow flag. Service was fine and polite. Avoid. It would be hard to do worse.

Went to restaurant the first week that we arrived and loved it. The best time of day to go in is when it opens at 11am. The food was great. They have one waitress that speaks English thats very friendly and helpful. They were very good.

While waiting for the Air and Space Museum to open (alas, we later discovered it was closed on Easter Sunday) we (four adults) were driving around near the airport looking for somewhere to have lunch. We stopped at an unprepossessing building housing a Chinese buffet, a bit early for lunch, not many cars in the lot, with low expectations.
We were amazed to see the extraordinary selection of buffet items, both Chinese and American choices, all looking fresh and delicious. We couldn't try everything but whatever we chose was indeed fresh and delicious. There was a salad bar and dessert bar, in addition to appetizer and entree choices. The staff was unobtrusively efficient. As we were dining, the rest of the restaurant quickly filled up with what appeared to be local regular patrons.
Since we had failed to check on the price of the buffet before ordering, we expected such abundance to come with a high price tag. In fact, the total bill was less than $10 apiece!
