great place to sit around on the weekends and listen to bands. they sell beer at the concession place. Most people bring their lawn chairs and snacks and sit back and enjoy the live music.. great place down town..

I have attended several outdoor events here and word is getting out. The crowds are growing. Most every Sunday afternoon there is free music of some kind going on. A wonderful place to come to get familiar with the Tulsa music scene. Last Sunday, three different local rock bands performed. Fountains for the kids to play in. A good place for people watching. Bring lawn chairs, and your own food and drink if you want. Have a picnic. Or there are food vendors too. It's free! Check out the Guthrie Green website for the schedule of events. https://www.guthriegreen.com.

Tulsa has renovated this space for family gatherings, music and other cultural events. In the heart of the Brady District this Space has drawn national reviews. Enjoy a picnic and let the kids play in the fountains. Most summer nights you can enjoy some type of entertainment on the stage. There is also a restaurant on site. Once you are done, walk to a Drillers game, the Woody Guthrie center or one of the many fine restaurants in the area. If you are around on Wednesday at lunch explore try the many food trucks that circle the Green for lunch. Well done Tulsa.

Tulsa is so lucky to have Guthrie Green. It's a beautifully landscaped park with a host of events beginning with a HUGE variety of musical groups, even the symphony has performed at GG. Exercise classes, farmer's market. Close to the AAA Baseball park, so fireworks display is enjoyable. And always part of the first Friday Art Crawl, as there are several museums across the street. Of course, every Wednesday is Food Truck Wednesday...not to be missed! Delicious!

The first time I went there was almost nobody there. (of course it was about midnight) The person I was hanging out with and I were just walking around downtown and we came upon this little gem and had a blast running around the stage and playing in the water feature they have there. So if you want a flirty night out with a boyfriend or want a great place to go crazy with a group of friends... there you go!
