“A very nice indoor playground”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 October 2013 via mobile

Its clean and the very young ones will have fun but calling this a childrens museum is misleading. Not much to "Discover" (ok nothing really) but if the weather is too hot or too chilly it makes for a nice little play area. Staff was incredibly nice.

“Great place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 September 2013

Took a chance and it was fantastic! Play areas were very clean. We let our 3 year old run and play, the activities were easy for her to figure out and kept her attention for hours. It was a great afternoon. No complaints.

“Tulsa Tape Tunnel Rocked!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 July 2013

The Tape tunnel made from packing tape with open air wood platforms and the slide at the end to exit was awesome! That was worth the 5 dollars apiece to get in the old school building turned hands-on museum. It is staffed by volunteers. I agree that it is small, but the make and take area was fun and creative, giving kids an art outlet. It was inside and air-conditioned and in Oklahoma heat that was worth the price and the FUN our grandson had made it a perfect afternoon for him.

“Very Small”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 July 2013

I took my 4 year old and 1 and half year old children to the museum and it was extremely small. There is one large room for everyone. My little one was playing in the infant section, but older children kept coming in and taking all the toys out. Not a lot of activities in this large room to do. We went to the next room, which is for older children. Not little kid friendly. The "make" room was taken over by a summer camp and no one else could get in. It was not an enjoyable experience.

“Great place to take the kids or grandkids”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 July 2013

We took our 6 year old grandson to the Discovery Lab and watched him enjoy it immensely. Both the packing tape tunnel and the peg board/half tube wall that can be arranged to funnel balls in various paths kept him busy for much of the visit. The museum was busy since it is summer time, but the chaos was managed very well by the friendly staff. There are plenty activities to keep a child busy a couple hours at least.
