There were several disappointments during my stay at Wyndham Tulsa. The front desk didn't answer the phone on several occasions so I had to go down there. The room smelled like chlorine from the pool before we ever swam. There was only one bellhop and only one luggage cart and neither was available when it was check out time. There was a room service card that was to be hung on the door before midnight to get breakfast the next morning; I hung it out there around 7PM and room service knew nothing about my order. I had to remind them to take off my $20 meal credit because it was on my bill. When we asked for change to play in the game room the front desk told us that there were no refunds and many of the machines didn't work, although there were no signs saying out of order. On the positive side the pool was perfect for young children. The bellhop was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were very cozy.
