We were very relieved to find this hotel (which I'd previously reserved through Expedia) was really nice. The hallways and carpet was clean. Our room (on the second floor, facing east) was very clean and so quiet that it felt as if we were the only guests staying the night. The wall heat worked perfectly and (gratefully after a previous stay at a place in Pendleton) was QUIET. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast the next morning was good (choice of cereal, waffles, yogurt, or Danish... The coffee was great!!!). My only complaint was the lack of an elevator (carrying luggage upstairs after a day on the road wasn't fun), and the lack of anywhere to put toiletries in the restroom (sink and mirror are in room). But those were minor things. The people there are very nice. I'd highly recommend it to anyone and plan to stop again.
Another long day of travel and late into Baker City. Very friendly and helpful reception manager that was quite happy to let us see a couple of rooms. We choose the King, very spacious and very clean with fridge, micro etc. Slightly dated in decor but for the price it's great value. The usual freebie breakfast that we chose not to bother with. Didn't use the pool.
Great access straight off the Highway and easy access the next morning along Campbell St for a quick Java fix! Yes would stay here again.
Just a note: on arrival the reception / breakfast area did look somewhat 'daggie' look past this and check the rooms out.
