The food and the way its presented was just awesome! In our group we had steak, pasta and seafood and everyone came away extremely pleased. The clam chowder is some the best, maybe the best in area. My steak was marinated and cooked to perfection! The menu offers some unique selections including duck and rabbit. For those wine connoisseurs this might be your place to sample some interesting wines. Prices for a glass of wine vary from fairly inexpensive to quite pricey. For the beer connoisseurs a sad disappointment. Menu item costs are on the high side when compared to some other establishments, but for me worth it. The ambience is quaint old town style. Our server, Kathy, was superb as with the others.

We didn't have a reservation but the lady was very courteous and placed us in a lovely window seat. Also we were very casual but need to dress up a little for this place but they didn't treat us any differently. It was yummy and lovely.

This restaurant has it all - location, atmosphere, food, and wine. The specials are interesting, the food is well prepared and presented and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Check on their hours as they are limited. Reservations are recommended.

Intimate setting, varied menu and wine list (even by the glass and splits). They willingly accommodated my spouse's special dietary (allergy) requests and still produced a totally great meal! Friendly and efficient wait staff, prompt service. Glad I made reservations as the place filled rapidly. The seafood chowder was exceptionally good and the fresh made pasta was outstanding! While the portions were not overly large (but definitely not small), the rich sauces left no room for desert, which was too bad, as the selection looked yummy. Will definitely be back the next time we get to this tiny seaside town.
