It took us quite a while to get seated, then we were surprised to sit with others. However, it was a fun experience. Just were unfamiliar with the restaurant.

We were celebrating my husbands birthday and it was a full on experience for sure. The chef was hoariousand food was incredible.

Since it's my son's birthday he chose to go to this place the second time .. cook was funny, he's good at entertaining people. There's 5 of us (family) and 2 other people we don't know of we're just sharing table I guess .. the bar tender is kind of rude to me.. drinks prices are ridiculous.. I was charge $10.00 for a gin Martini.. he didn't even put olives in my drink.. (not even tangueray gin) a single tall tangueray tonic for almost $10.00 and a glass of white wine for $12.00.. The fact that there's a tip calculation on the bottom of the receipt, the lowest was 18%???We travel to any places with good food good service restaurant..They charge way too much on everything ..and it's not even that great.. We could have gone to Makoto JAPANESE Buffet in Vancouver and spend about $100.00/5 peeps.. I spent almost $300.00 last night.. people starts reading reviews on everything.. before you throw your money away.. you earn that and you are entitled to spend wherever your heart desire and deserves respect.. if it were not for the customer they wouldn't be in business .. I'm not coming back at that place..

I must say that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere here. Love it. Our chef was super funny and entertaining. Our appetizer was great. Yellow tail and jalapeños! Here's the complicated part..... I could taste that the food was perfectly prepared, ALTHOUGH, the people we sat with wanted tons of garlic butter and our chef made the mistake of doing that to our lobster tail dinners, they were unpalatable :( - I could taste the lobster being tender and cooked perfect yet couldn't muster up the strength to swallow it. Sad for us. I'm still giving this restaurant a 4 because, the manager took care of us when we expressed our concern. We don't always complain but when we do we have reason to.
So kudos for great service and what I know is great food because my fillet mignon was perfect because I said NO GARLIC BUTTER.
We will give this establishment another chance for sure. Thanks to customer service. Manager. Scott. Felix.

Appetizers, drink menu, and many choices including 5 and 6 course dinner options. Vegetarians can eat very well here. Best choice for the multiple choice dinner options is the sesame tuna, or chateaubriand. Kids love the show and the chefs are great at entertainment.

We love this Benihana! Super fresh food cooked right before your eyes. The chef will cater to the age group of the audience - from young children to older adults with tricks and jokes that will entertain you throughout your meal. SPECIAL TIP: Ask for Felix - he's the BEST!
