A nice space with friendly waiters, Mingo in Beaverton left me a bit disappointed. The bus boys are a bit rough, detracting from the service if you are expecting date level service. The salads are superb, but the wine pours are stingy by about 25% compared with other like rated restaurants in the Portland area. The penne pasta with ragu was very dry compared with Tabla. The lasagna bolognaise had a lot of eggplant for the recipe. The waiters were really attentive. They tend to cluster seating together in one part of the restaurant, removing an element of privacy.
