My son and I sent ourselves in search of good Korean food in PDX. We found this place, which is now called Spring Restaurant. (Tripadvisor: please change the label.) He had lived in Tokyo for a number of years, so QED knows from Korean cooking: Tokyoites go out of their way for the stuff. He had the bibimpap, I had the squid in red pepper paste, and we shared a vegetable pancake and some steamed dumplings. He pronounced it as good as anything to be found in Tokyo. Who am I to disagree? I loved it. Loved it.
