It's hard to beat this restaurant for a healthy meal. Except for the chili, it's a vegetarian place. All the salad stuff is fresh, fresh, fresh. It's an "all-you-can-eat" so you can stuff yourself, and not really worry about the calories. There's a wide variety of soups which are always hot and tasty. I particularly look forward to the red jello cubes and the tapioca. In addition (if you have room), there's baked potatoes, pasta, bread, and desserts. Shawna, the manager, and her staff are very attentive.
