This waterfall is located just off the highway. You park and walk through a tunnel under the highway to the falls. The waterfall is amazing. It is gigantic. There is also a visitor center located next to the falls. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting this waterfall.

Gorgeous waterfall stop right off the highway with a little visitors center. Unfortunately due to the eagle creek fire of 2017 all trails on the Oregonian side of the gorge are closed. Don’t bother loading up your hiking, running, camping or otherwise gear as it’s about a quarter mile, paved walk to the lowest viewing platform - this will be the extent of your expedition . For now.

Located right off the interstate it is easy to see. Hiking was closed due to the fire last summer but should reopen soon. Beautiful and would be more spectacular with a hike

The water fall is really pretty to look at, but due to the fire they had last year the trail(s) are closed, so you really just park, look at the waterfall, and leave. Unless you want to grab something to eat or grab something from the gift shop.

If it's extremely close or on the way to another place you're going, it's a great place to stop. But while the trail(s) is closed, it's not worth the drive just to look at the waterfall.

Beautiful waterfall! So glad we took time to see it. Sad that the bridge was closed due to a fire (caused by illegal fireworks) that caused $21 in damage to the surrounding area. That made the paths and hillsides unsafe therefore, shutting the paths to/from and the bridge itself down. The falls are pretty but in summer there isn’t as much water. Best season to see it with the most waterfall is Spring.
