Been a long time since I had a steak actually prepared to my request-a genuine 'medium.' Really glad they are open for dinner. To turn down the meandering path to savor a quiet meal admist the bustling CB summer is a delight. Enjoyed the time to unwind and take in the baby birds under the eves. The roasted potatoes were perfectly done, nice and fluffy inside without being oily outside. With the ratatouille to round out the ribeye steak entree, and a porter to drink, I let the hours slip by.
