The service was great. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The location was great. It was in a great part of town and close to everything. The room was a great size. We surprisingly didn't mind spending time in our room. They had great movie rentals available at the front desk.

We stayed at Schooner's Cove Inn for two nights in April. The first time we were there was in February and we couldn't wait to return. Everything was great, the room, the front desk service, the view, etc. etc. We travelled down the coast to Pacific Grove California and this was by far the best place we stayed at.

It's been 6 months since our trip and we can't stop talking about it. October was a lower tourist time which worked for us. Quite and calm was the environment, relaxing was the result. We drove from Seattle and when we arrived we knew we had to stay longer. Ask the wonderful ladies at check in, and they were very helpful. Though we had to change rooms, it was no big deal. They offered to move all of our things for us. If you plan to stay for awhile, pick up drinks and snacks from Safeway. Only complaint is Cannon Beach needs a Midwest Pizza/Pasta resturant. Only a suggestion for Schooner Cove Themed Guest Baskets, we will buy them. I love your place and can't wait to stay again.

We booked this hotel online and only saw the pictures from the website. I have to say that the pictures do not do our room justice. The view from our room, room 45, was better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great place at Cannon Beach. It is worth the 20$-30$ more a night you would spend staying versus staying a few block inland. Covered parking is a free bonus!

We have stayed here a few times now and really love it. We like the Skippers Room because of the bed being on the oceanfront. It is clean and the staff very nice and helpful. We like it being pet free and smoke free throughout the whole property not just in the rooms. In other places, they allow smokers on the deck and that defeats the whole purpose of being in a smoke free place. We will always come back here when we go to Cannon Beach. We like to eat our shrimp from the Fish Market in candlelight while listening to the ocean. We also loved coffee and the bread from Waves of Grain Bakery. And, Ecola State Park, very close by, is just the best!

My husband and I stayed for three nights the first weekend in February. It was our first time. We stayed in a 2nd floor double sloop room. The doublesloops are located on both sides of the stairs in the central part of the building. It offered great views of the coast. It was a sunny weekend and we enjoyed great views, including a sunset from our room and balcony. It's an easy walking distance of shops and restaurants (highly recommend the Bistro) and we took long walks on the beach everyday. We liked the fireplace, the DVDS and kitchenette (microwave, two eyes, no stove, refrigerator). We'd have preferred a slightly bigger living area but opted for the double sloop which has two double beds because it was the only 2nd floor unit available. The grounds are well kept, the staff very friendly. It's not a luxury resort but with the great views and location, it offered a nice weekend of paradise.

We had an absolutely lovely time, and the hotel really contributed. Everything was perfect - nicely outfitted kitchen, great view, gas fireplace, cosy bed, and so on. Very thoughtfully appointed.
