We ate for our second time at the Driftwood Restaurant. It was a great dining experience. There appeared to be many locals in the restaurant. The friendly and forthright waitress suggested the Dungeness Crab dinner along with very good local wine advice. The Dungeness Crab is local to the Oregon Coast. It was prepared simply with beure blanc and placed on pieces of baguette. The dinner came with soup or salad and we both chose the Clam Chowder which was excellent. There was also a choice of rice, potato, or vegetable. It did seem odd that the dinner would not include both a starch and a vegetable for the $28 price.
