I travel over half the year and this has to be one of the best hotels that I have stayed in the past twenty years. Honestly, other chains should hold training seminars there! The entire staff is so friendly and simply outstanding. I stayed here for three nights and the staff continued to ask what they could do better and that's even after they exceeded my expectations. The manager is certainly doing an outstanding job!

You will enjoy all aspects of this hotel from the rooms, pool and even workout room. The hi-lite of the hotel is what they call there "bistro". Actually there food is better than some fancy restaurants that I have wasted on all these years. The entire bistro staff is so friendly and simply interested in making sure you are happy. As a business traveler, sometimes you just want to leave your clients and head back to your hotel for a nice meal and a great glass of wine. Well, this is certainly the place.

Overall, THE best customer service that I have EVER experienced at a hotel!

Kudos to everyone part of this hotel. I can't wait to come back.

Front desk staff was accommodating and welcoming! My husband said to me that he left his water in the car and the front desk attendant overheard gave us two bottles of water.

Shuttle service is great. They go 5 miles, but were nice enough to go a little further to drop us off at the wedding venue that was 9 miles away. I'm pretty sure they did this because not a lot of people needed the shuttle at the time of day. We took a cab back to hotel to not take advantage of their kindness

I only rated stars four stars and not five because beds weren't as luxurious as other Courtyards, but were still comfortable. Towels weren't as soft either, but were still nice. Rooms were clean and quiet.

We stay here once or twice a year. This time we got 2 queens in a very large room with a couch. It's ideal for us. Beds are comfortable, maid service is good. Plus since last time: Two computers in the lobby. Minus: No more free coffee. Mine cost two bucks just now. Great staff, nice small pool. I'll come back for sure.

Even with a bunch of teenage sports players it's quiet

We needed a hotel convenient to this area to attend a graduation and for family visits. We stayed twice, first time for 4 nights, then a separate one night just before leaving Oregon. The location was perfect for us, close to family, not too far from the airport, easy on and off the interstate and other roads and close to restaurants and shopping. Clackamas Town Center is very close, a short 5 minute drive, as are several restaurants, even walking distance if you don't mind busy roads. The hotel itself seems well maintained. Gives a very good impression on the exterior with nice trees and landscaping and the lobby and hallways seem modern, clean and cheerful. It does seem to be an older facility that has been nicely updated, at least in the public areas. We found the room to be small for our needs, especially the bath vanity that is suitable for one person rather than a couple. The vanity also serves as the coffee area too, so crowded and small (we moved the coffee basket, which helped). The bath fixtures also seem older and somewhat dated, but everything worked fine. We had a king room, but we thought the bed seemed a little small for king sized. The night stands were scaled down in size too. The bedding was nice and the pillows comfortable, however the mattress really wasn't what we've come to expect in nicer lodging. Thin and a bit too firm and a little saggy on the edges. But we slept well in spite of that. We did have some road noise in our first room, on the front side of the hotel. For our last night we asked for a room in a quieter area, so we were in the back on the side away from the interstate. It was very quiet, however our cooling unit kept turning off and on all night, which w
as a bit of a disturbance. First room it just ran all night, less efficient, but better for sleeping! We also thought the free wi-fi was a bit of a come-on, it seemed very slow. But you could upgrade for a fee. Hmmmm. And there was free parking, but it did get a little tight some nights after 9pm. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel except for some things, but did wish we'd gotten more for our money, such as free breakfast and a more comfy bed, as we paid the higher summer rate, $144. We're rating the hotel with 4 stars mainly because of the location and the friendly staff who tried to be helpful most of the time. We were especially impressed with the housekeeper who did our room most days, the ladies in the bistro at breakfast and several front desk ladies in the morning. Made all the difference! Bottom line, I would recommend this more for single travelers on business rather than couples or families, unless they really like this location, as we did

Room Tip: Our first room, front side if the hotel (3rd floor, looking out over the entry area) was noisy from...

We were in Clackamas to make a presentation at the hotel across the road from the Courtyard...they could not accommodate us...so we luckily found our way to the Courtyard. Our request for early check-in (so that we could freshen up for our talk) was honoured as soon as a room was available. Staff are all most courteous and greeting guests seems to be a standard, whether you are a housekeeper or desk clerk. The hall carpets were being shampooed and even these cleaners greeted us. The courtyard was a nice little sunny oasis where we could brush up on our scripts.

Room Tip: A room overlooking the courtyard and away from the front road is a good choice.

We have family living in Clackamas and all us out-of-towners always end up at the Courtyard when we gather for holidays/events. Great price for a nice room...great service every time we go...comfortable beds, pillows, internet connection. It's always clean and the staff are very helpful. We don't use the pool, dining services or other hotel amenities - we just come for a great night's sleep at a great location for a great price - highly recommend.

Room Tip: Highest floor, furthest from the elevator are the quietest
