We stayed at this motel one night to catch a flight out of Portland. It is very conviently located near PDX, but could be a tough location to find if you are not used to the area. It looks like they are doing some needed updating to the interior hallways of the building. The rooms, (at least the one we were in) still need some renovation and updating. Overall the motel was generally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was adequate in size, with a king size bed and a small sitting area. The bed itself was comfortable. The WiFi worked well from our room with a pretty fast connection. The shower was definetly not the highlight of our stay with hardly any water flow from the shower head. We did not get a chance to use the pool area.
The free continental breakfast had its normal selections of rolls, hot and cold cereals. They also had the fresh waffles, but no fruit or yogurt was available.

This Days Inn is nestled inside several shops and businesses and you have to drive through them to get access, which isn't bad, just a bit difficult to find for the first time. It looks a little dated on the outside, but pleasant enough. Our room had 2 Queen beds and a refrigerator with a microwave resting on top. We were on the third floor and the dual pane windows were nice to open at night to let in some fresh air. The beds felt solid and were comfortable for a good night's rest. The room had no desk though and the reception/picture quality of the TV was terrible. It was also a bit tricky to navigate through the options on the TV using the remote - you have to move past the first page of icons to find 'watch live tv' and if you're not careful, you could accidentally press 'select' and accept room charges for a movie you didn't want. The complimentary breakfast was on the leaner side of offerings and the fitness room is in serious need of repairs/upgrades. One of the treadmills didn't seem to work at all and the other, a Nordic Trak, it's conveyor belt would slip, making it dangerous to try and jog on. We ended up checking out after one night and found a much nicer Days Inn over in Gresham.

This motel really offers much better rooms and service than many of the motels in The Portland Vicinity most of the time; occasionally though they seem to raise the price above and beyond to a point where alternative lodging should be considered; I suggest to always check the rates on-line ahead of time

I've stayed here twice because the beds are clean and the staff is great. But, this hotel badly needs to be remodeled. The rooms are not laid out well and the bathrooms lack usable space for toiletries.

Husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for free by using our Wyndham Rewards points. The lobby was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful. There is new carpeting in the hallways. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the different cubbies and crevices in the bath tub needed a good cleaning. It wasn't visible while showering, but if sitting in the tub, you could see mold and mildew. Other than that the bathroom was pretty clean. The towels weren't to bad for this type of motel. It's in a safe area and there are plenty of places to eat and shop around the motel. All in all, a decent place to stay for a couple nights!
