This Chinese hotspot was doing a land office business when we arrived. The vast menu included all the traditional offerings you can find in most Chinese places. For an appetizer we opted for the pot stickers which came with two dipping sauces. Beef with snow peas, like the pot stickers, was good but not exceptional. Mongolian beef was a big miss. Marked as spicy it was a real let down. The meat itself was overcooked and over seasoned what I think was hoisin sauce. It was absent the heat. So, when the beer, Tsing Tao, is the best part of the meal, something is wrong.
