Front desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a very good size, clean, comfy and had everything that you could need, microwave, fridge. The beds were wonderful. Not sure if they were new but certainly felt like it. Breakfast was a real bonus. The young man who was clearing tables and refilling the food was wonderful. Very bright and cheerful and so so helpful. He went out of his way to find the tea that we wanted. The food was really good. I would certainly stay here again if I found myself in the area

Nice hotel with decent rooms. Service at breakfast was outstanding. Front desk very good also. Elevator very slow and uncomfortably warm. Pool area was nice. Here for a wedding in July. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Recently stayed in this hotel while picking up our daughter at Oregon State after her first year of school.. The hotel itself is nice, clean and has large comfortable rooms. The first room we were assigned had a bad air conditioner. We called the front desk and was told that someone would come take a look. After 45 mins we stopped by the front desk on our way to a movie and reminded the desk clerk about the air conditioner. He promised he would look at it or move us to a new room if it couldn't be repaired. Upon returning, we stopped at the front desk to see if the problem had been resolved. There was new clerk on duty and he found no record of any problem with our room. He went to the room with us and confirmed that our air conditioner was indeed not working.. He immediately made arrangements to move us to a room with a working unit. This gentleman provided excellent service but the original clerk took no action even after being informed twice about the problem.

We had a great overnight at this hotel. The size of the room was impressive (#100) as was the quality of the beds/bedding. The beds looked and felt like they could be new. The level of cleanliness of the room was also very good. The Direct TV service had a large list of channels and a very responsive remote. Who hates sitting there flipping channels at a snails pace? I feel like that is such a common hotel experience! The upstairs guests were not exactly light on their feet and it was transmitted through the floor. That was our only complaint. Otherwise a great night at a location I would stay at again. It was also very nice to be a short walk from Trader Joe's. That was a bonus.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of March as part of a wine region tour. Booked room 107, which is ADA. Booked directly (which is a must for booking an ADA room), which was quick and painless. Check-in was fast, and the room was indeed ADA, not always the case for other hotels. The front desk staff was always efficient, courteous, and helpful.

The room was large (likely because it is an older building that Comfort Suites purchased), and had an area with couch, chair, coffee table + desk & chair. King bed mattress was comfortable. Roll-in shower worked fine. There was a loose towel holder, which we forgot to report. Room had the normal annoying high door sills and thick carpet that impedes wheelchairs, but nothing worse than most other places.

Complimentary breakfast was great. Cereal, make-your-own-waffles, bacon or sausages, various eggs, French toast bake (which was good), juices, fruit, coffee, etc. Staff was always present and attentive.

Used the pool in the early morning. The deck shower did not provide warm water, so we skipped that part. But we got the pool all to ourselves. Pool lift worked fine, after we figured out that we needed to check out the battery pack and controller from the front desk.

An outside seating area that looks like it would be nice during the summer months.

There is a Regal Theatre in the same parking lot. Too busy with other things to check it out.
