Stayed two nights on cross country trip last June, 2011. Walk to several vineyards from this location. Best breakfast you will ever have both mornings. Also, do not pass up the chance to wine tasting on " horseback " with Jake ! This was the hi light of our trip !

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our first stay at Wine Country Farm. The hospitality was exceptional, as were the condition of the house and grounds and the beautiful breakfast served to us both mornings we were there. The complimentary wine tasting was a great addition, and both my partner and I appreciated how welcome we felt to just sit and chat with a glass of great wine. A place and an experience not to be missed!

Great tasting room next door that you can sit and sip wine in front of the fire after hours in a beautiful space. Big fresh country breakfast each morning. Nice private rooms, public spaces to hang out in and permission to explore the vineyard and the grounds. Two thumbs up.

Our first stay at any B&B. We had one of the awesome suites, the view was excellent, the fireplace was a good touch to the room, we opted to take the 2 hour horseback ride to see 4 of the wineries in the area, had a great time. Breakfast was good both days we were there, would recommend the Flight Museum to see the SPRUCE GOOSE to anybody staying in the area.
Thanks Joan

We are so glad to have had you here at Wine Country Farm for your very first Bed & Breakfast experience! Even though the grapes have been harvested, the leaves have fallen and the vines have gone dormant, winter can still be a magical time here in Wine Country. We're so glad that you chose one of out fireplace rooms so that you could truly curl up with the one you love! Hope to see you again soon.

This was our first visit to the Oregon Wine region and the stay at Wine Country Farm made it all the more enjoyable. This is a quiet well-run B&B with a warm and knowledgeable staff. The setting is high on the Dundee Hills AVA with several great wineries (and an olive oil tasting room) just down the road. Views from the inn are fantastic. Easy access to all the great vineyards, tasting rooms, and McMinnville's air museum and nightlife. Breakfasts were excellent. Rooms comfortable. We'll be back.

Room Tip: Largest rooms are on the ground floor although even the smallest have a comfortable sitting area.

Joan runs a great B&B in a beautiful setting. The breakfast will sustain you for hours, but Gris (one of the dogs) will be glad to escort you on a hike, jog, or run through the neighbourhood to work it off, no extra charge! The house and property are delightful, and you're near a variety of wineries. Plus, a complimentary tasting of the house wines is available.
She is an accomplished horsewoman and I'm sure the local trail rides are a treat, (even though I'm a borderline equinophobe). If you use GPS for directions, ask for driving instructions anyway when you book. Ours sent us on a wild ride over some pretty hairy roads, whereas it really is pretty easy (and paved) from the valley towns.

Room Tip: All rooms are nice, so choose based on availability and your budget. A couple have beautiful valley...

We're so glad that you joined us all the way from Toronto! Indeed our dog Gries gets his share of excercise escorting guests on their morning jaunts. Strange the way technology often complicates rather than simpliefies isn't it... Driving directions can be found on our website, but at least the alternate, curvy dirt road takes you through some beautiful country and gives you a true sense of the wine country lifestyle! Please do come see us again soon!

Great setting . Walking distance from four great wineries and a few minutes drive to the whole valley . Rooms are great and breakfast are the best ever anyone can have . I do recommend staying a few days , I regret staying only two nights .
