During our recent visit to the central Oregon Coast we had a very good seafood dinner at Gracie’s Sag Hag. This is a quintessential traditional Oregon Coast seafood restaurant. It has been in operation for over forty years. It is not fancy. However, it is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It has a casual atmosphere with tables and booths, and an adjacent bar. It serves very good fresh seafood.
I had shrimp and crab stuffed grilled salmon, with a baked potato, and fresh green salad. The stuffed salmon was well prepared and very tasty. Delicious! My wife had the salmon-halibut braid toped with fresh shrimp, along with a baked potato and fresh green salad. She said it was excellent. The prices are not inexpensive, but comparable to other good seafood restaurants. Dinner for the two of us with beverages (ice tea and a soda) was $45.
The wait staff was friendly, helpful and very responsive to our needs.
