“Finally had the hang town fry omelette ”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 August 2014 via mobile

My husband and I had breakfast here as a tradition. Everytime we travel Oregon coast we time breakfast at Seahag once.
My husband has always been curious about the hang town fry omelette. He did it this time and proclaimed it worth it. Stuffed full of oysters, bacon and green onions. Huge portion.
I had the shrimp newburg. English muffin, poached egg, very fresh bay shrimp and a respectable hollandaise. Coffee was decent and service was pleasant.
Walked across the street watched the whales in the ocean. Walked to the channel opening and watched fishing boats returning and coming in through the very, very narrow channel. Always entertaining. Hope I get to do it again.

“Excellent food!”

Their seafood is always fresh and extremely cooked well. The chowder is to die for. The atmosphere is good and wait staff excellent. Try the Neptune Platter for a good sea food combo.

We did not know what to expect, when we went in. What we found was a great little place with great food and great drinks.

“ok”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 August 2014

Food was ok nothing to write home about, the Sauteed Scallops were covered in some kind of sauce and they were small. 8pm Gracie or another person plays spoons on the bottles behind the bar - entertaining - people swarm in off the street. Sat by the window for the view unfortunately there's a bench outside where people stop to smoke - yuck!! As with a lot of these restaurants on the coast they could use a scrub. Partial view of the ocean.

“Delish!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 July 2014

Ate here twice for dinner in our 3 night stay in the area. Food is delicious, portions were huge and the staff were very friendly. Definitley recommend trying it out if you are a seafood lover. Was a nice laid back atmosphere so definitely family friendly and not expensive either.
