There were 3 couples in our group, the sun was shining and we were off. We were told that they had reports of a gray whale in the area. So we were going to go see if it could be seen. All 3 couples were on the bow of the boat with a family of 4 (as there were no seats left) and it would have been nice if there would have been some sort of notice of what to expect. Several people were not holding on to the rails tight enough or at all, and as we hit the waves leaving the harbor one person almost fell it's a good thing he had someone that was holding on to grab or he would have been a goner. We did see a gray several times and it was an awesome. We would definitely go again. Can't say we had good or bad service ... as there was not really any interaction, with the crew. So if you are looking to be catered to this may not be the boat for you.
