My three friends and I spent a long weekend in Oregon wine country for our annual girls' trip. We were a little hestitant to book a room here based on the reviews. But, we wanted a hotel where we could have 4 girls in one large room, and most of the places in the area seem to be B&B's where that is not possible. This hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise! The room was large, the bathroom HUGE, and there were very comfortable "sleep number" beds. The room was clean and we didn't experience any traffic noise as other reviews had indicated. The wifi in the room worked great, and the coffee in the morning was very good. There was no breakfast included, but that was fine, we were just down the street from a convenience store and also Red Hills Market, which was fabulous if you are looking for something more gourmet. There are several restaurants within walking distance that are very good (we LOVED Dundee Bistro), as well as a few wineries/tasting rooms, and even a fun dive bar, Lumpy's. We would highly recommend for anyone coming to wine country to stay here, it is a nice hotel and extremely convenient.

Over priced, false web ads, stained sheets on the beds, A/c, TV and other remotes difficult to navigate. Poor customer service and management. Bathrooms were not properly stocked with anything and bath towels were dinky. Roadside view or Parking lot? neither, where is the Red Hills view or vineyard view? Very friendly staff is the only bonus. Wont stay here if its the last place on earth. Pretty sure the way they manage it I would want to work there either.

We have stayed at the Inn a couple of times now and have had very good experiences both times. The rooms are very cleaning and nicely maintained. The location is perfect to hit the Willamette wine country with a number of great wineries near by. The staff is already very prompt and friendly, with no issues. The little resturant adjoining the Inn was good, but we did miss Farm-Fork that was there prior. We have had both rooms on the parking lot and street side. Definitely get the parking lot if possible....there is a steady stream of traffic on 99. Overall this is a very fine property...one ov the best we have found in the valley.

What a complete delight, and what a deal! Our suite was as nice as any 5* hotel. Deluxe, beautifully appointed, comfortable, great beds and amazing bathroom. Perfect location, central as could be to all of the wineries. The noise was not an issue for us, even on the road side. One of the best restaurants in all of Willamette Valley just downstairs. Absolute perfection! (We got stuck the previous night at the Comfort Inn (gross) and for the same price). The staff were superb.

We stayed for two nights midweek. The location is convenient, but the traffic on 99W is daunting. The room itself was nicely decorated and comfortable for a couple of days of wine tasting: two large armchairs, a small sofa, a large coffee table/ottoman to collect your newspapers, a small desk and high ceilings to make it all seem bigger. I was unimpressed by the sleep number bed. We had a room with high windows facing the adjacent building, which was fine because there is no real view any direction. The bathroom was huge with a spa-influenced decor but was strangely underfurnished - just a big expanse of emptly floor space. It had only a shower, if that matters. Road noise was not really an issue because of the room's location and because I travel with a white noise machine. But at this price point you expect gracious touches, and instead it came off as a budget-minded property. The room was not clean. The armchairs were covered with crumbs from someone else's picnic and had hair all over them. The top sheet had a large spot, and the pillowcase had spots as well. The bed did not appear fresh. The promised "coffee" next to the elevator was a single vacuum bottle of coffee - and not very good coffee, according to my spouse. If you drank decaf, tea or something else, you were out of luck. Toiletries used in the bathroom were not replaced. The internet connection was slow and unreliable; it shut down every few minutes. The light bulb in the main lamp was burned out. Arrayed on the desk were overpriced bottles of water and wine for your purchase. And on and on. So I might stay here again, but would not be in any rush to do so.

Room Tip: Stay away from the road.

In a great location, reception area pretty minimal, but pleasant. Rooms seem large, but definitely missing a refrigerator to hold picnic supplies, also skimped on the one bowl sink. Sleep number beds. The real issue is the road noise. Make sure you get a room on the parking lot side, not 99W.

We stayed at the Inn at Red Hills for two nights. The Inn was very nice and located right off the main 99 highway, which is very convenient. The Inn is not a separate building. The rooms are located on the second floor above a few offices, but it is so small and quaint, that it isn't inconvenient and it definitely does not take away from the charm. We loved this Inn and would definitely look at staying here again. There is a winery right down the trail called Hyland which was very nice. Right up the road, there are several great eateries and wineries, too. Great experience and very quiet!
