Just last week my family stayed at this hotel. There were 4 young men (late teens to twenties) dressed in colors and staying in the same room 213. They acted suspicious, came and went during all hours of the day and night, had a carr with dark tinted windows, and were always looking around at people as if to stay alert and ready to react. We felt very unsafe. The room was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room Tip: If you stay here, don't spend much time in the room, make sure the air conditioning works, and m...

Not the worst place I have stayed but close to it. Most notable was the mattress, which should have been replaced 10 years ago, and was like sleeping in a hammock. The TV remote did not work and they used scotch tape to hold batteries in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I just needed a cheap place to rack out, and this Motel 6 fit the bill. Pros: clean, cheap, close to U of O, easy access to freeway, cheap, friendly staff, Denny's next door, cheap, toilet flushes with gusto, good AC, cheap. Cons: freeway noise, no toiletries or hairdryer, pool out of order, lumpy bed. I pretended the highway noise was pounding ocean surf. Actually slept well and didn't hear noise from neighbors.

This is the worst motel 6 I have ever stayed at.
Where to start... The room was filthy, there were hairs in the bathroom sink and I found 2 live insects on the bathroom floor. The thread bare sheets also had hair on them. The floor had not been vacuumed. I hope I don't find bedbugs in my suitcase.
There were people playing loud music and when mgt was told, they did nothing.
The pool was dirty and the trash cans around the building had not been emptied in a while. Trash was stacked on top of the cans.
All this for $59.

I will not be back. I would rather sleep in my car in a parking lot next to a freeway then stay at this motel 6 again.

The room looked clean but their was a funky smell to the room. Definitely an interesting crowd staying at this property. Some of my neighbors were BBQ'ing in the parking lot behind their car, heard several screaming babies, a rather loud cat visited late at night under the room window, and a car that looks like some is living in it at the back of the lot.

Lots of noise coming from the highway. It's Motel 6. Cheaper than most of their competitors for a reason. Some of their properties are nice after they've been updated. This is NOT one of those. Only stay if you are good sleeper and the price is right.

Driving through on a trip to California, we needed a place for the night to catch some zzz's and take a morning shower, AND, most importantly accepted dogs. (we have 2 large yellow labs) This fit the bill and we had zero problems checking in, the room was small but clean, and dogs can stay with you FREE of charge. You just don't find that at all motels. usually there is a fee of 15-25 per dog per night!. So, when travelling with our beloved pets, Motel 6 will be in our minds. Oh, and it was VERY quiet here when we stayed, even though it is close to I5. We slept soundly and the beds were quite comfortable. Bathroom newly remodelded with a roomy shower stall. Would stay here again, no problem.
