A bit of a drive to get to, but the views are well worth it. The food presentation is a bit overdone, but the pairing with wine is perfect. A bit pricey, but again, the view makes it worth it.

The restaurant is outstanding. The food is very good, and the ambiance and views are outstanding. The wine is way overrated and expensive for the wines they were selling....$50.00 plus for Pinot Noirs, which are just okay is beyond me. I actually thought the Dry Riesling that I tasted for $12.00 was the best buy for the tasting that we did....We even bought two bottles. We travelled all over the Willamette Valley on this trip, and there were many outstanding wines, (including organic Pinots Noirs) in the $15-25 range....How these wineries justify some of the prices for the wines out here are amazing. So I would give the restaurant 4-5 stars, and the winery two stars, mainly for the overpriced wine.

The King Estates Winery offered many things-wine tasting was excellet, view was fabulous, and lunch encompassed all. We viisited the winery in September and enjoyed the relaxation of the setting. Our lunch was smalll plates, presented beautifully with majestic views of the vineyard and orchards. It is a great stop for a wine sampling and a lovely lunch.

Fabulous, interesting food at reasonable prices. Make reservations, then arrive early to do some wine tasting and put in for a table on the deck. Panoramic views from the top of a hill over the vineyards. This is our favorite place to eat in Eugene, although we don't go as often as we'd like because it's a good 30 minutes out of town.
