The most beautiful and gracious B&B we have ever experienced. Jack was welcoming and helpful, the grounds were spectacularly landscaped, and we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was absoultely beautiful.

We recently stayed at this wonderful B&B. The accommodations were lovely, very clean and well managed and maintained. Our host, Jack, created a comfortable setting offering tips and recommendations. The room had everything a quest could require and breakfast was also a treat each morning. Guests were allowed to choose their time and this is not always the case in all B&Bs. We had a relaxing, enjoyable experience and would recommend this spot.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was beautiful as well as the grounds, and it is all extremely well kept. And stocked up much better than any other room we have ever stayed in. They even keep fruit and cookies out for a little midnight snack. You get a homemade breakfast every morning, and Jack is so, so friendly! He is one of the sweetest men we have ever met. The location is perfect as well! It's right in the middle of town, so you can walk to several places. But so serine. We would recommend it to anyone!

Love the Details here at this property. Good location and central to Eugene down town area. Charming rooms and lovely Garden. Breakfast dining was good. We asked for Gluten Free and the cook was accommodating. There is coffee and freshly baked cookies 24 hours in the small kitchenette near the dining room.

Beautiful house and grounds in a very interesting neighborhood. Service and food were perfect as was the advice on restaurants from Jack. Enjoyed the breakfast conversations and quiet house. Hard work keeps this place running smoothly. Thanks for the room upgrade...see you next time!

My husband and I stayed at C'est La Vie only 2 nights ago. It was the last night of our 5th year anniversary excursion (seriously it was an excursion- lots of hiking, walking, driving). We were weary. We could NOT have been happier. We booked C'est La Vie using our Delta Skymiles and didn't get to pick the room, but Jack and Anne-Marie gave us the nicest room which they totally didn't have to, but it was just the beginning of the greatness. They have every detail thought of - the robes (a-MAY-zing), make-up remover wipes, basically a beyond-magical landscape. We had to fly out early so didn't get the (I'm sure awesome) cooked breakfast, but they totally accommodated us with fresh fruit, juice, and bagels and cream cheese.

This place was amazing. The house (inside and out), the gardens and our room were all gorgeous down to every detail. We stayed in the Casablanca room which is very spacious (750 sq. ft) and it was so beautiful we didn't want to ever leave. The host, Jack, was very welcoming showing us everything and providing yummy home made cookies. The breakfast was very good and was very nice chatting with the other guests and having Jack providing information on the house. If we ever pass through Eugene again this will be where we stay.

Room Tip: Book the Casablanca room it is your own private oasis.
