I eat at the Great Wall average once a week, usually for lunch. Weekly lunch specials are $5.95 with tee, egg flower soup, and fortune cookie. Today it was lemon chicken, chow mien and and rice. People come from miles around to eat here. One time recently an acquaintance brought his date from Tillamook to eat here 50 miles away. I'm 70 and there are many retirees that come for an inexpensive lunch out. One friend Kay L orders the same food (not the special) every time and takes enough home for a second meal. No it's not an expensive place with extra fancy dishes of food, but it tastes good to me and is very affordable

My daughter wanted Chinese food. The food and service was good. However, that evening, my daughter got food poisoning and was in the bathroom most of the night. I also had some of the symptoms. I don't think we will go again. Another reviewer called it "white man's Chinese food" and that is a good description. It isn't authentic.

Three Spoons, just average.

My Chinese business partner refers to places with food like we ate here as "White mans Chinese food."

Not very authentic.

Service was FOUR SPOONS. Price was reasonable.

That's it. We expected more, but just Three Spoons.

Maybe me and my husband are spoiled by our local Chinese spot but this place wasn't even comparable - we thought being that the parking lot had a lot of cars that it must be a good place to go - turns out only two cars were for the resturant and all the others were for the bar. Our waitress seemed annoyed and bothered with doing her job, sweet and sour chicken sauce was awful like out of a can - ill just say that the food wasn't that good and you don't get much which was a good thing... Won't return

The Great Wall is one of my favorite restaurants and I go there a lot. The food is really excellent; the service is always good; the staff are friendly; and the ambiance is nice. The prices are good too. Food at The Great Wall is made without MSG; and special requests are always met if possible.
