First of all I want to give kudos to Dan and Amber! They checked us in, and when we had a problem with our room, they quickly and gladly took care of the issue! They both were very kind, and friendly; helpful to boot! The hotel was clean, and rooms spacious, and recently updated. The Continental Breakfast was perfect, and the staff who ran the breakfast room were awesome as well! We were going on the Hellgate Jet Boats, and this hotel was 12 minutes from where we left for the trip. We will return, for sure!

This hotel could use some updates, but overall it was clean and the staff friendly as can be. The inn does not have an elevator - so be aware of that when booking if you need it.
The property is located directly across the quiet street from the Rogue River - which is really nice to walk over to and walk the nice paved trails along.

Also, not much to eat in the area - so delivery or go out before arriving.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn at the Rogue, the location was convenient and quiet. The hotel felt like it was out in the country, not just off the freeway. The pool was a nice place to relax in the morning. The hotel didn't seen crowded, even with a full parking lot.

We felt at home here and would have a difficult time moving to another location while staying in Rogue River. YEs, this is in Rogue River and not Grants Pass, but we wanted to be in Rogue River and not Grants Pass, so it was good for us. The room, the staff, the hotel, the pool, the breakfast room and items available, were all excellent for us. The staff was very friendly, helping us with local recommendations and information, as well as all things on sight. They were constantly available for helping us with all our needs. We look forward to a return visit.

We really enjoyed out stay! The room was clean and well supplied with a microwave and fridge. While we did not have time for the pool, it looked great and there were other people enjoying it. The breakfast was awesome! Good variety, plenty of food and delicious!

I did not get the upstairs room I had requested months in advance. The staff was not helpful, the carpets were stained and filthy and the room had a foul odor. My companion had a an asthma attack soon after we occupied the the room so I checked the AC filters. they were filthy so I cleaned them. TV did not work so I called the desk and they said to unplug and plug in the cable box instead of sending someone to correct the problem. Of course there were people walking and running heavily upstairs . This of couse after I was refused an upstiars room. BAD BAD BAD DO NOT STAY HERE at all hours.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We need to hear the good as well as the bad to make sure we give each and every guest the best possible stay they can have. I wanted to personally apologize for the noise you encountered while staying with us. We ask all guests to let us know if there is anything at all that they need and that would include some relief from noisy neighbors. Please feel free to call the desk should that ever be a concern in the future and they can promptly take care of any situation. As far as maintenance in the room, we have addressed the issues of the AC unit as well as the carpeting. Again I apologize because that is not the quality of service we hold ourselves to and we hope that you will return so that we may have the opportunity to show the improvements that have been made since your stay. Thank you again and we hope that you have a wonderful day.

This hotel would be nice if it was updated. Carpets are worn and dirty looking. Paint in bathroom peeling. Staff was friendly. Breakfast room smelled like mold. There is no elevator access to second floor.

Room Tip: Both sides get noise from freeway
