Visiting family or just passing thru Klamath Falls??? This is the best place to stay!! Rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast will fill you up for the day. We loved coming back in the evening to cookies and milk before heading to bed. The staff was nice and helpful. The road in front of the hotel can be a bit noisy at night, but that is not the hotels fault and we had a corner room. Would stay here again!! Did I mention we had a view of Mount Shasta!!!!

Great service and great care>Was greeted and taken well care of. I had fast and friendly service checking in and out. The room was nice and clean and no problems. The Staff was very helpful. The inside was clean and the upkeep was great. I have never had a bad stay at any of the Best Westerns. That is the olny Place I stay for business or pleasure. I highly recommend this Motel.

Everything was great except for THAT BED! The bed was hard and could have been greatly improved with a mattress topper. The pillows were impossible. They were huge and hard. We finally wadded up a couple of sweaters and used them for pillows. It was the middle of the night and we didn't want to trudge out in the night in search of something that probably wasn't available. We really like this hotel, the pleasant staff, and the rustic decor. However.... that bed!

Hello Carolyn N,

Thank you for taking time out to share your recent experience at the Olympic Inn with your fellow Trip Advisor members.

We appreciate your direct communication concerning the condition of our beds and want to let you know that we have already ordered brand new Simmons Astoria beds for the entire hotel. Our bedding package will also include new linens, box springs and other extra additions. The owner of our fine facility wants each and every guest to experience a restful nights sleep. This project is scheduled for completion on April 11th, 2014.

We thank you for your comments concerning the rustic, lodge like décor and our phenomenal staff. I'll pass along your kind compliments to our team and continue to build on what we are doing well.

We really aim to deliver the long lost art of hospitality and hope we have another opportunity to welcome you through the doors of our Inn!

Sincerely,

Phil Fulbright

We stayed one night here on our way to Bend. The room was perfectly acceptable-nothing exceptional, nothing bad. My main complaint was the bed which was hard and uncomfortable. The room was hot and if you turned on the A/C it was incredibly noisy. The breakfast was not good...coffee in particular was horrid. All in all it was a place to lay your head and then get out of the town and continue the journey. It was clean.

I've been staying here for years for business, family gatherings, and recreation (kayaking on Klamath Lake, hiking around Crater Lake and just admiring the abundance of waterfowl!).
The staff is friendly and helpful, and rooms are fresh and clean, with a bit of a rustic feel with the knotty pine furniture. Rooms have refrigerator as well as microwave. A Safeway and Starbucks are just across the highway (South Sixth Street).

The lobby has some character and taxidermy abounds with wildlife mounted along the high ceilings. Think Cabella's and you'll have the picture. On the second floor, there is a nice little balcony overlooking the lobby, perfect for small meetings, and getting a closer look at the the cougar, mountain goat, coyote, etc..

The breakfast includes eggs, sausages, waffles and fruit; and the soup served late afternoon, along with cookies, is a welcoming touch, especially if you have young children.

Room Tip: Ask for second floor if you'd like easy access to the little balcony, and if you're a light...

We stayed in Klamath falls to view the eagles and other birds in Bear Valley. It was easy to find and had an interesting lobby. If you like that kind of thing. The room was o.k. It was the beastly heater that kept us awake, finally turning it off around 9:30. It was so noisey we could not sleep. The bath room had some black grout in the tub/shower but other than that it was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable-we must have come in late because some of the foods were gone. Love-loved the warm cookies, they were a great treat!

Room Tip: All the rooms looked average. The elevevator was a plus for us old folks.

We have stayed here for years, and have never been disappointed. Good value close to everything and we will continue to make this our "home" away from home. The staff is helpful and very personable. Things are very clean and the breakfast is very good. We enjoyed the fresh baked cookies every night, at 8:00 P.M.
